Purchased at the Monadnock Food Co op on 11/18/20.
New England DIPA from concentrate:
Classic hazy golden orange juice look with white foam cap.
Nose is packed with sweet orange and boozy pineapple hop aromas.
Layers of concentrated hoppiness, sweet fruity, citric bite, pineapple and golden malted grains seems to has depth for days and beyond that.
A bit boozy, super juicy texture and medium, high body type. Experimentation is the key.
