Collaboration of three of my most local spots: Branch and Blade/West LA/Elm City Brewing. With help from sponsors: Crosby Hops/AmherstLabel/Maine Malt House and White Labs
This is a very pale NE IPA, crystal yellow and gold color. Sweet tropical and stone fruits pop out aromatically out of the glass. Effervescent vibe.
Flat stone fruits and husky, grainy earth notes from the hops mostly. A bit subdued, with a mikd, sweet and red fruity current underneath.
The malt is pilsner esque, clean, gritty, golden ale type flavors and feel. White grapes and spring water in very subtle ways.
Overall, a very light NE hazy IPA with interesting subtle favors and a laid-back vibe.

Small pour at the source.
Fuzzy lemon yellow color with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Lemony earthy citrus and tropical fruits with bits of bready crackery maltiness that attempt to balance. Nice.
