Rice IPA 5.3% abv. Two-Roe and spelt with millions of grains of rice along with Columbus hops in the mash. Whirlpooled with Citra, fermented with house ale yeast and dry-hopped with New Zealand Rakau.

Look: Light straw color, minimal white foam cap spreads out fast.

Nose: Sweet and tangy tropical fruity hop thing, mandarin orange peel, spicy star fruit and candied lemon.

Feel & Flavor: A very light and airy feel, the rice certainly does create a very delicate body. Stone fruit pops out of the hops, lemon drop with soft white pepper, wheat and light grains for balance. Sour greens and a thin, flat feel and flavor surrounding it tho.

Overall: Sometimes I really like simple and easy. This light bodied, yet hoppy brew is pretty nice for adventures and easy hanging on the deck. Definitely a summer brew. If it wasn't for the odd, sour greens and tang taste I'd be all over it.

Can from the Packie
Hazy light straw in color with a small bubbly white head the persists. Light smokey phenols faint bready malt bits of citrus and tropical notes. Not bad.
