Single hop Pale Ale: Mosaic

Look: Hazy straw gold with orange hues. White foam cap spreads out thin with minimal coverage.

Nose: Pine and husky, dry earth hop notes upfront, sour spice and citrus in the Mosaic hop. Deep, Grainy earth toned malted grains are obvious as well.

Flavor & Feel: Crisp bite, grainy and smooth edges, very hearty grains with an earthy, husky malt and hop flavor. Light pine, citrus and stone fruit type current, these Mosaics are pretty bold.

Overall: I love single hop brews, showcase one hop so you get to know them well, even with various brewing methods which might affect the hops overall characteristics. Super easy drinker.
