Nucleated Tulip
Look: brownish-pink in color. Poured nearly zero head, only a light ring with light lacing
Smell: Smells like raspberries and marshmallows, with a hint of citric acidity
Taste: Sweet raspberry, with hints of apricot and plum. This leads through to strong notes of marshmallow sweetness. The finish is clean and leaves a mouth watering tartness.
Feel: Moderate carbonation with a creamy mouthfeel.
Overall: While it is a bit unpleasing to look at, it does smell great and taste wonderful. The mouthfeel is silky smooth and probably the best aspect of this beer.
