Collaboration with Toppling Goliath Brewing Co.
We took our Born Sinner recipe and mashed it up with the iconic Pseudo Sue from Toppling Goliath. This resulted in the Born Sinner malt bill and hop schedule with Pseudo Sue's classic all-Citra approach. It's an honor to brew this beer, and with a Citra whirlpool and DDH Citra treatment, it's also a pleasure to drink.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime, pear and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of lime citrus are a bit more prominent and linger into the finish. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA does a very good job at showcasing the Citra hops.

Poured into 16 oz Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a very attractive yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace, with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, mango, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, and apricot well balanced. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7% it goes down very easy. 4.5
Overall this collaboration with Branch & Blade and Toppling Goliath is pretty darn tasty. 4.25
