Subculture is the go-to around our brewery for a light, easy drinking pilsner. What's better than celebrating a hard day's work with a clean, crisp pilsner? Introducing.. Foeder Culture; the same recipe we love, foeder aged. A touch of oak adds a layer of complexity to an otherwise straight forward style. Still the same well balanced, clean pilsner you know and love but with added depth. We hope you enjoy this twist on a favorite as much as we do!

A: The beer is a bit hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of oaky vanilla are present in the nose along with notes of pilsner malts.
T: The taste follows the smell except that the hops contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this IPA to be very enjoyable and easy to drink. The oak foeder lended some extra complexity to this beer and made it very interesting in both the smell and taste.
