New Boot Goofin

New Boot Goofin is a collaborative imperial stout with our family at @siderealfarmbrewery. This stout was double mashed with a blend of chocolate, caramel and oat malt, with a touch of honey and roasted barley malts. After an extended boil, we fermented in stainless then let this big stout age in our foeder. There were no adjunct additions in the secondary, so the bold, rich and sweet flavors all come from the primary ingredients and our process.
