What was the name of Paul Bunyanʼs blue ox companion? you got it, babe ;) Okay, moving on.. This IPA was brewed with malts exclusively obtained through Blue Ox Malthouse from Lisbon Falls, me. We used a base of their yankee pils with additions of chit malt, oat malt, flaked spelt and flaked oats. All-american whirlpool and dry hop additions of strata and mosaic cryo burst through and awaken your taste buds. Working with artisans such as blue ox is a huge part of what we love to do. enjoy!
