We dry-hopped this little guy with almost a lb/bbl of Galaxy Hops and then ran him through the filter to brighten and sharpen him up. The hops are there but it finishes clean and crisp - the perfect balance for a hoppy lager.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale golden yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall pillowy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + spicy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a light to moderate flavor of citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + spicy hops which impart a slightly heavier than light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable American style lager with the added bonus of being dry-hopped with Galaxy. Could definitely have a few of these and perfect for this nice warm May evening.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a pint glass.
Canned 4/28/2020
Appears clear golden yellow with a nice foamy head that lasted throughout the beer.
Smells floral, lightly citrusy, and slightly bready.
Taste follows the nose with plenty of Hop bitterness to keep my interest.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style with a good amount of carbonation.
Overall a very nice hoppy lager that I would definitely drink again.
