Appearance: Arrives at the table with a hazy golden color and a nice head that strips the glass with lacing
Smell: Yeasty aroma with coriander elements
Taste: Yeasty tang with good Belgian character up front; after the swallow the spices kick in, with a peppery, coriander finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Drinkability: One of the best domestic examples of a Saison I have encountered - nice going!
