On tap at brewery:
A hazy light brown body with a moderate head that fades a tad fast.
Nose is an earthy tea balanced by a light malt sweetness.
Taste starts with a bit of malt sweetness, but shifts to earthy, then tea-like with a fall-like feel to the earthy notes. Soft, but perhaps just a bit more towards medium that others I’ve had in the style.
A nice, earthy offering that has some good things going for it.
