On tap at brewery (this batch listed at 6.3%):
In the shaker glass, the thinner bottom has a burnished golden look, but the bulk of the glass bends the gold towards amber. Soapy head, nice drapes of lace.
Nose is pretty light - honey, citrus fruit blooms, maybe some grass drying in late summer.
Taste has a honey malt opening with a bit of citrus (clementine orange). Little bit of a fizzy carbonation, but muted. Subtle orange pith bitterness.
Starts out more in the APA range, but the citrus bitterness grows (presume Mosaic and/or Citra involved without knowledge). Even with time, the beer is quite balanced.
