Lightly hazed solid gold. Mostly piney hop aroma and flavor; more WC than NE. Good balance with decent bitterness. Medium to light bodied.

Pours a orangish yellow hazy color with a short lived off white head. Tropical fruit especially pineapple and grapefruit on both the nose and taste. Mild hoppy bitterness for the finish.

On tap at brewery:
A tanned/amberish golden orange body with a lovely white sheath across the surface. Lacing is very impressive as a result.

Nose is a honey-orange, but not quite as sweet as it sounds. Little grain comes through with a deep whiff.

Taste is citrusy, balanced between malt and bitter. Opening note of barely toasted grain, with orange rind joining in quickly. Tangerine and melon aid the softer feel through mid taste. Pithy bitterness slowly builds, but isn’t evident within any sip.

Initially, this came across as an APA in IPA’s clothes. The proclames 75 IBUs do start to show midway through the glass, but there’s also a decent grainy malt presence that plays through as well. I think this could fit in the “hoppy APA” realm of substyles - little too full with a decent malt presence for a light IPA, humble opinion recorded.
