I’m not a saison drinker, but the Chardonnay barrel and cherries sounded worth a try. One of a flight. Pretty looking drink, clear light amber with a hint of red. Lively carbonation. Flavor is subtle but pleasant cherries. Flavor brings the Chardonnay in spades with a clean cherry vein in back. Not much funk, which is fine by me. VERY dry finish. One to try.
