Poured from a 12 ounce can dated 8/7/20 into a snifter.
Look- Amber brown, hazy, visible particulate, tan sudsy head, below average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Cinnamon roll, brandy, gin, moderate strength of smell.
Taste- Cinnamon roll, vanilla, slight apple, sweet, high strength of taste.
Feel- Medium body, smooth, silky, below average carbonation, moderately mouth warming.
Overall- Look was good with the exception of head retention and lacing. Bouquet was like a boozy cinnamon roll. Flavor was big with nice tones of cinnamon roll, vanilla and apple. Feel was smooth with a pleasant amount of mouth warming. This is the best gluten-free beer I have had to date!

12oz can split between a pair of wine glasses.
Pours a mostly clear copper-gold color with almost no head and almost no carbonation. Smell is cinnamon and apples, vanilla.
Taste is too much cinnamon (for me -- I'm a bit sensitive to cinnamon in beer), not enough to taste like a red hot. Loads of vanilla, vague fruity flavors that make me think of apples with the cinnamon but might be pears or the kumquat listed on the label.
Mouthfeel is interesting -- it's almost thick, but not quite, and somehow not sticky despite the sweetness and strength. Overall...for me, this is a pretty good beer (even judging against gluten-y beer), but the cinnamon is just not my jam. I think people who enjoy cinnamon will really dig this beer. Accounting for the fact that this is a gluten free beer, it's amazing.
