Not quite clear amber with dissipating foam in the glass. I don't know how you could make an Oktoberfest beer out of rice and millet, so I would call it some kind of Lager. It might taste slightly like a Marzen in the sweet malty style, but there is the most bizarre perfumey taste that gets stronger as you sip. Then some bitterness, dishwater, and scorched brown rice. From the 16 oz can dated 08/11/25.
I still think there should be a style category for these GF beers made entirely with strange grains. As a Festbier, this scores in the upper Hideous range.
