Oddly unique combinations of floral honey, herbal licorice, and grassy Belgian phenols abound in this crisp, lightly bubbly beer finishing dry. Accents of toast, corn and grape bring up the rear, but this definitely takes a different course than your typical Belgian yeast dominated Ohio saison.
