Clear sparkling light yellow with a dense creamy white foam clinging in ridges leaving some arms of lacing.
Farmhouse 908 features some nicely mild funk defined by hay, grass and a little barnyard as accents of tangy pear skin, apple and spicy yeast are kicked up by the crisp carbonation in this moderate bodied ale that finishes cleanly dry.
What a surprisingly well done saison here compared to many other Ohio breweries, with a nice balance between funk and spice. I'd love to experience even more wine barrel.
