there are parts of this i love and parts i dont like at all. i think as a beer overall its pretty tasty, the wheat is light and fresh in the grain bill, and the beer is refreshing, flavorful, and drinkable, but as a saison its pretty weak, and the yeast profile it totally wrong to me, its more german than saison, not rustic or funky at all, not even really belgian to me, more of that banana clove complexion from the yeast, which is yummy and technically well executed, but its not a saison by any definition of the style i am aware of. i get some coriander and even some vanilla in here, a light even delicate vibe, it sure is drinkable, and i like how dry and bubbly it is. as just a wheat beer, i think it has more nuance than many, but its like a weird style mashup, cream ale, wit, hefe, it covers a lot of ground for such a light drink. this is a little off for the style, but i like the beer pretty well overall, and i have been impressed with the tilt wurks beers i have had. craft beer is happening everywhere!
