On-tap at Desert Dogs Brewery and Cidery Taproom, Santa Fe, NM
A: The beer is clear amber yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that left patches of bubbles on the surface, a thin collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose along with some notes of yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of yeast with additional hints of cracker malts.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer goes down rather easily and is a good representation of the style. I liked the balance between the malty and yeasty flavors.
