On-tap at Desert Dogs Brewery and Cidery Taproom, Santa Fe, NM
A: The beer is crystal clear very light yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit but consistently left a short head on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of ginger and wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste has light flavors of ginger. No wheat is noticeable.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The ginger gives a little tingly sensation to the mouthfeel.
O: This beer seems like it could use much stronger aromas and flavors of ginger.
