The last beer I had at the Oak Park 7th Generation Beer Fest. (So with overwhelmed buds, this beer got short shrift.)
Chelonian Lair is a decent dark wheat. It was soft in the mouth and Tasted mostly of well-toasted wheat, but balanced. Looks and Smells were average.
I went on their website and see that Bixi really is fine restaurant that happens to brew its own beer because it wants to be even finer. I was so impressed by their menu that I think I will go there tomorrow for lunch. I am rarely impulsive about lunch, but I really want to try this place... and it is right in my neighborhood and somehow escaped me. I might even do a Place review tomorrow.
