A Bohemian style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with DOZE Club homebrewer, Jordan Reed. Complex Pilsner malt flavors balance the beautiful floral and earthy aromas of the noble Saaz hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, the flavor has slight spice notes along with the malt complexity, and the beer finishes crisp and clean with minimal bitterness. Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you Do the Fandango?

Sampled. Clear, golden pour. Very grassy, which is nice. Some sweet grainy flavors. Very crisp and refreshing. Even pretty high levels is hop bitterness. I do like a hoppy pilsner. Very good.

A quaffable bohemian pilsner. Transprent golden in color. Quickly evaporating head. Aroma of flower, herb, and vegetable. Taste like it smells with a pronounced beady maltiness. Crisp finish with a mild bitterness. Just a downright good beer.
