375ml bottle served in a Cantillon glass. 4th edition, packaged 4/3/19.
Pours mostly clear dark golden with a small head, flash of carbonation that disappears pretty quickly. Smell is fairly mild, mostly vague fruity tartness.
Taste is way more on the funky side. Tart, plums come across clearly. Earthy, something vaguely floral.
Mouthfeel is light, dry. This is a nice, moderately tart, funky beer.
