Draft at the brewery
Medium foamy head with moderate retention, good lacing, very hazy medium orange color
Nose light spices, potpourri spices, citrus with mild orange zest, malts bring big doughy wheat and gristy grain, light bubblegum, little phenol and funky hay and touch of solventy, light floral hop
Taste more doughy wheat grainy gristy malt again, mild bitterness with floral herbal hops, but kveik adds some funk, earthy funk farmhouse, hay, fruity esters with light pome fruit and a little citrus, touch solventy, light sticky sweet finish, medium hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, high effervescent carb
Overall mixed, pretty good beer except a touch solventy and the hops were a bit too much
