Pours an unclear yellow with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is tart with a bit of funk, and notes of apples, pears and lemon.
Taste is funky with some horse blanket notes. Less tart than the smell and a little bit weak, but crisp and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable farmhouse ale, slightly tart. Will be interesting to follow this guy.
