Pours an unclear yellow with low, quickly dissipating foam.
Smell is tart and funky with notes of Seville oranges, apples and lemon.
Taste is less tart the smell would indicate, and a bit funkier. Nice balance of mild bitterness from the hops and tartness, notes of green apples and lemons.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, another intriguing beer from Iris. Will keep an eye on him.
