Pours a fairly clear blood red with some wisps of pink foam.
Smell is tart and juicy, with raspberries dominating over notes of funk and vinegar.
Taste i tart and refreshing with some mild acidity. Raspberries once again rule, with some funk, vinegar and apples in the background.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very good sour farmhouse ale that reminds me of a Rosé de Gambrinus light.
