Question 63 IPA pours a hazy, golden hazy color, with a huge frothy head. Aroma is bright and crisp, with a nice floral note. Flavor is darker, earth notes, and a strong floral flavor. Good body and feel. Overall, a big flavored IPA, bold, with earth and floral notes.

16oz beer

Incredibly inebriated already I pointed and mumbled and this beer appeared in front of me. Not much head, kinda murky, not the best look. The taste and smell of mega grassy herbal hops and plenty of amber malt told me immediately that this was some sort of IPA. I kinda liked it, almost loved it

Fully ID'd as IPA w/o knowing a thing about it. I must be a beer expert or something. But no, thanks Buffalo Tap

Appearance: Pours a dark orange, muddied (brown) color that is 50% clouded with a giant and massive foamy head. SRM of 15. (4.50)

Aroma: Strong, juicy aromas of tropical and pithy orange, peach, and pineapple mostly. Some candied citrus underneath. Nice and strong juice aromas here. (4.25)

Flavor: Flavor follows with strong and juicy orange, green and pith, peach, and some tropical pineapple. Candied and fruity body with a juicy and sweet finish.

Feel: Moderate to light body. Moderate carbonation. Strong juicy sweetness allows to it lean sweet and somewhat sticky, however a light body here. (3.50)

Compared to Elysian Space Dust IPA 12/30/20: Pours a darker color with a larger head. Stronger and jucier aromas of orange, peach, pineapple. More candied citrus and juice.

Overall: A very juicy and fruity IPA with a candied citrus backbone. It surprised me for 6.2%. Not lacking in flavor. Nice tropical and fruity/candied flavors. Leans sweet. Body lean light. Not one that is out of the ordinary, but better than I expected. (Final Rating: 3.93)

Pours a cloudy gold color with fresh white head. Aroma and taste was dank with garden hops some onion and herbal notes with citrus and white fruits. A creamy mouth feel with some nice hop bite in the finish.

Canned 8/8/19 one week old. Pours a refreshingly clear light yellow with an orangish amber hint. Large white cap, nice lacing. Aroma is faint, grassy and citrusy. Flavor is more malt forward than I prefer a fresh IPA to be, but it does finish with enough of a hop bite. Feel is on the light side of medium bodied, adequately carbonated. Overall a decent offering from a newer local brewery.

Creamy head with great retention and lace over an hazy orange brew. Looks great. Smell is floral, oranges, herbs, lightly malty. Taste is herbal bitter upfront fading into soft malt with a clean if slightly herbal bitter finish.

L: hazy orange tinted amber gold permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 3" light cream colored cap with good retention

S: herbal hop aroma lightly seasoned with onion and garlic, fruit and faint biscuit and bread crust

T: Hop flavors and bitterness lead but the malt provides nice balance and support

F: The beer has a rich creamy texture and a medium body and carbonation.

O: big creamy, hoppy beer is a delight to drink

Poured from 16oz can into glass. Stamped on can bottom is '05/23/18'.
Cloudy, orange gold colored body. Very thin head upon pouring settles to scattered islands and thin ring.
Aroma is dank, earthy hops with a hint of citrus.
Taste is also dank, with a citrus hop emphasis. Expresses a lot of citrus rind which is bitter. Thin taste profile and not much of an aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Low carbonation.
Kind of an okay first beer from a new brewery, but there are so many better choices for local IPAs already. This one will have to show improvement and increased complexity in order to compete. Appearance is its best feature.

!6 oz can that I almost thought was an Alesmith beer.
Slightly hazy amber color with a finger of head. Heavy lacing is left down the glass. Citrus and pine hops dominate the nose. Some sweet malt also creeps in. The hop flavor is West Coast IPA but the bitterness is more moderate. Do not worry this is not a NE IPA either. Slightly sweet malt balances the hip bitterness in a nice way. Clean flavors and attenuated correctly. Nicely carbonated and easy to drink. This is a good first effort from this new brewery. I have had some real stinker IPAs from new breweries of late.
