Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, medium amber colored body. Brief lasting off white head leaves a thin ring. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of toasted malt and floral hops.
Taste follows the nose with sweet caramel malt and green apple. Long lasting caramel apple aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Has a touch of stickiness. Good carbonation. Low bitterness and minimal alcohol expression.
Made for stein work.
