Grisette brewed with Czech Saaz hops. Like a baby Saison, earthy and refreshing with a classic European hop character.

Nearly cloudy with a dirty gold color. Modest but lasting head which leaves only a smattering of spots on the glass.
Relatively mild smell. The farmhouse aromas are actually subtle. I get more orange rind and light berry. Attractive but soft.\
The subtlety continues but the beer is very good. High carbonation with a lower than expected body. There's a soft farmhouse yeast bite. Overall, it's quite dry but remains malt forward. The complexity is impressive as this beer has a touch of bitterness as well. This one of the better Grisettes I've ever had.
