A light, refreshing Saison brewed with wheat, oats and a touch of rye malt. We dry-hopped this crushableale with a blend of some our favorite fruity varietals.

on draft at the brewery, in pint glass. listed as "Dry hopped Saison"
cloudy light golden yellow in color, foamy white head. Moderate citrusy hop aroma. Taste start similar, but has the dry finish typical of a Saison. thinner mouthfeel, lively carbonation

From a 16oz can dated 6/9/20 into a pint glass
Pours a hazy pale yellow with about four fingers of fluffy, big bubbled white head-a surprising amount of head, I might add. Head retains into a thick white circle around the edge of the glass with moderate lacing.
First smell at the crack of the can was of saltine cracker. Also picking up some strong lemony notes, fresh grass and miscellaneous herbals.
Taste lightly lemony with an ever so slight amount of hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin with slightly above average carbonation. Drinks very easily. Small amount of bitter aftertaste.
Overall, for a style I don't visit very often, this is a very nice beer. Fits perfectly with hot summer weather.
