Dry, floral, and dangerously enticing. This pink-hued Super Saison was lightly spiced with pink peppercorns and steeped with tons of hibiscus flowers, fresh ginger and Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Both piquant and fruity, complex and comforting, this might be our best Saison yet. Notes of Pink Cadillacs, jazz saxophone solos and Jamaican Holidays.

on draft at the brewery - in 12 oz glass
light pink in color, clear, with thin white head. hibiscus and ginger and there in the aroma. In the taste it's more mild. dry finish. thinner bodied.
