A - Pours a deep dark brown with an extremely thin tan head. Light amount of oily lacing.
S - Aroma is coffee, vanilla and maple syrup.
T - The taste follows the aroma. Black coffee, vanilla, milk chocolate, maple syrup and a mild barrel presence in the finish.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a slick dry finish.
O - Really solid, but definitely less barrel than I expected.

Pours a deep, coffee-brown body capped with a finger of dark beige foam; decent head retention leaves a paper-thin layer of cap, persistent, creamy collar, and minimal-no lacing holding to the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens to dry oak backing chocolate chip cookie, with enhanced notes of dark cacao taking on a maple imbuement as coffee edges mark the bouquet over time.
Taste shows cocoa upfront followed by dark chocolate doused in maple syrup through the mid-palate; coffee and a modest roast on the back end guide to a chocolate wafer exhale.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body and a subtle fluff of modest carbonation; silky textures are established as a thin layer of creaminess lingers, leaving semi-stickiness on the back end to a glossy finish grazed with a subliminal, charry aspect.
A casual cohesion of breakfast intonation, where a lesser barrel presence allows adjuncts to firm and shine forth both individually and in totality.
