A - Dark amber red colored pour with nice clarity and a dense full layer of off white foam. Carbonation is moderate and sprightly.
S - Very little sweet malt detected with the majority of the aroma coming through as a pepper dominant spice.
T - Biscuity malt base with just the right amount of heat over top and finishes on the heated malty side. There's some residual citrus that starts to build on the backside after I'm 90% through the can.
M - Big medium body and leaves the mouth coagulated and watering from the peppers.
O - If you like pepper beers, they have this one dialed in. You like it warm? Recommended. If you don't like it warm? Not recommended.
