You're holding a beer that displays a brewer's finesse. Age on vanilla beans, sweet cherries, and tart cherries, it is sweet, hoppy, and perfectly balanced.

16 ounce can, no dating that I could find on it but I saw online that this was a June 2019 release. Thanks to my buddy Denis for giving me a can from his 4 pack! Served in a DFH Spiegelau IPA glass, the beer pours a mostly clear reddish/amber color with about an inch a half off-white head. Head retention is good and there's a decent amount of lacing. The aroma is nice but a bit light, it smells like vanilla, sweet and tart cherries, bready malt and some citrusy hops. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the sweet/tart cherry and vanilla flavors being the strongest, and bready malt, earthy and citrusy hop (grapefruit, citrus peel) flavors in there too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and smooth with a good amount of carbonation. I prefer this on tap as I think the cherry is stronger, but the canned version is enjoyable too. Certainly worth picking up if you come across some!
