This place makes a lot of great beers but this pils just slays for whatever reason. Really hits the spot, like its all there. Excellent beer.

A classic, well-crafted, Pilsner. Though nothing super spectacular, this brew had an amazing taste and flavor as Pilsners go. When opened it had a nice wheat-to-hop, though slight, scent. It poured a small, minimal foamy head that quickly dissipated. It was a clear wheat, pale, yellow. It tasted crisp, with those flavors of wheat, barley and hops, all being well defined and balanced. Being a lower ABV a couple of these would be great with grilled or roasted chicken or fish; and it would also pair well with salads and mild cheeses.
