Twin Oast Brewing and Avo Modern Mexican have teamed up to showcase how beer and food can be perfect complements. Chocomole is a Mole Stout infused with dried chiles, cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa. This beer pairs beautifully with Avo's Tomalito, Enmolada De Pollo, and Espresso Chile Filet.

16 ounce can, canned on 02/02/2021, purchased from Rivalry Brews. Served in a Teku, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. There's also a good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like cocoa, chiles, roasted malt, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of a hint of coffee. Good level of chile heat too, nice kick to it without being overpowering. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew a lot, recommended if you're into spicy beers or stouts in general.
