Ice shoves along Lake Erie's shore are a sign of optimism - a symbol that Winter's stronghold may finally be cracking. With Spring in mind, we infuse this Belgian White IPA with local apples and rosemary resulting in a brew that is harmoniously fruity, earthy, and herbal.

This is herbal and refreshing, a slight hop backbone. I haven't had any other Belgian style IPA's so I have nothing to compare it too but I definitely like this

16 ounce can, canned on 02/02/2021, purchased from Rivalry Brews. Served in a Rastal Craft Master One glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like rosemary, coriander, orange peel, wheat/grainy malt and a general earthy aroma. To me the taste is just like the aroma, but with the addition of some citrus and grassy hops. To me it leans more towards White Ale than Belgian IPA, but it's good either way. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a bit slick with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty enjoyable brew, worth picking up if you come across some!
