Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thick cap that lasted.
Smells malty, sweet, chocolate, coffee, smoky.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Baltic Porter that I would definitely order again.
