Advertised as a low-ABV dark mild, this one delivers all the right notes. Slightly spicy up-front, it's smooth and goes well with food.

Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks deep Amber, brown with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, grainy, sweet and spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, malt upfront and enough spicy hoppiness to keep my interest .
Mouth feel is medium for the style and a little bit over carbonated for a English Mild.
Overall a very nice example of a English Mild Ale that I would definitely order again.

Looks deep Amber, brown with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, grainy, sweet and spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, malt upfront and enough spicy hoppiness to keep my interest .
Mouth feel is medium for the style and a little bit over carbonated for a English Mild.
Overall a very nice example of a English Mild Ale that I would definitely order again.

Nice dark color, ultra faint aroma is pretty nice and interesting. And the taste is as well, just much too faint and weak in the overall flavor. Watery and thin, it never gets near Eleven and its not very lively. Dull and no. C"mon.
