Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into pint glass.
Looks very dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that lasted and nice lacing.
Smells Malty sweet, chocolate, coffee.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice sweet boozy element.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Imperial Stout that I would definitely order again.
