Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow, light Amber with a nice foamy off white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, floral, spicy
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice blend of the falconers flight hops and malty deliciousness.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a American Pale Ale that borders on a more malty IPA.
I would definitely order again.
