Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva NC
Looks amber, clear, with a nice tannish foamy head dropped very quickly to a very thin ring.
Smells very lightly bready and spicy
Taste follows the nose despite 11 pounds of Candy Roaster Pumpkin per barrel the pumpkin taste not strong, but the typical pumpkin spice tastes are and has a bitter finish I wasn't really expecting in a pumpkin beer
Mouth is medium the style
Overall I probably not drink this again. A very so so pumpkin beer
