Ægir's Beard Honey Kolsch

Our entry into the 2019 Plow to Pint competition, it was brewed with white tumeric and lemon balm from Rayburn Farms. Think of a classic Kolsch with a hint of honey from honey malt, a bit of citrus from the lemon balm, and a dose of gingery bitterness from the white tumeric. Although we didn't win, our 2nd place finish against 9 other competitors makes us proud.
