Drinking this at The Balsam Brewery in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina after a day of running The Tuckasegee River with The Red Headed Lady.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap and light ring that lasted.
Smells malty, sweet and peanut butter.
Taste The peanut butter taste is not at all overwhelming. And it's balanced between the white chocolate and peanut butter.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice smooth finish.
Overall I am not a fan of White Stouts, white chocolate, or peanut butter beers, but, I will say this is very good for the style, even if it's not my thing.
