Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina after a day running The Tuckasegee River with the Red Headed Lady.
Looks reddish, with a nice reddish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells wheat, blueberry.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel, Fizzy with a lot of carbonation and that distinct feel of blueberries.
Overall it's a blueberry wheat, far from my favorite style, but within the style I'd say it's very good.
