Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black, with a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells malty, sweet, raspberry.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style of.
Overall a very nice example of a raspberry stout that I would definitely order again for.
