Drinking this at The Balsam Falls Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark amber with a nice white foamy head dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly biscuity, floral sweet, citrusy, lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a floral finish.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice lager that I might order again.
